Essential Functions:
- Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate testing and diagnostics of manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of diagnostic machinery to determine and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improvements strictly adhering to quality standards.
- Document and report diagnostic results and maintain records for compliance and quality assurance.
- Assist in the development and refinement of diagnostic procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including the safe handling and management of any hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and collaboratively with team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical diagnostic equipment.
- Basic working knowledge of mechanical tools, including various wrenches, drivers, sockets, and pliers.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills.
