Job Responsibilities
- Manually transport critical materials (packaging, raw materials, equipment) to determined destinations with precision and care.
- Accurately account for materials and their defined process flows through electronic scanning, ensuring strict adherence to our processes.
- Prepare equipment and materials for the next stage of the process according to comprehensive work instructions, contributing to our ambitious goals.
- Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, to maintain continuous operations and support our proven success.
- Be available to work additional hours or days as business needs dictate, demonstrating your dedication to our mission.
- Regularly attend the plant site, as it is a key aspect of the role.
- Provide backup for other Logistics Technicians, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to score 100 or less on the Color Test.
- Basic computer skills for seamless electronic scanning and data entry.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs, ensuring material handling is performed safely and effectively.
