My team plays a crucial role in seamlessly integrating Drug Products from various customers onto the manufacturing line. Together with my team, we deliver on time and right first time. It is a privilege to work alongside this talented group who bring a wealth of knowledge, dedication to our job, and commitment to our vision.
Clinical manufacturing is a dynamic landscape, brimming with daily opportunities and challenges, which is a driving force of excitement and motivation for me. Lonza's strategic expansion plans is also something that is in close alignment with my own career path and aspirations.
One of the most distinctive and cherished aspects of my time at Lonza is the amount of interaction with diverse departments within the organization, as well as working closely with our customers. This collaborative effort is what ensures the precision and success of our Drug Product manufacturing.
Beyond work, I find immense joy in spending time with friends, going on hikes and running.
