As the Director, Global Project Quality Lead at Lonza AG, you will have the outstanding opportunity to bring automation and operational excellence to our global group Quality. This role will see you at the forefront of our ambitious projects, working collaboratively with leaders from various divisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage global projects and collaborate with leaders from other divisions to ensure flawless execution and innovative solutions.

• Bring automation to the global group Quality processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Lead by example and collaboration, implementing ideas at the user level and ensuring successful site-level execution.

• Improve Operational Excellence for the global group Quality by refining existing processes, crafting new ones, and introducing innovative ways of doing things.

Key requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life Science or a related field

• Strong QA background, especially within Quality Systems (QMS), is a must.

• Proven experience with computerized systems is essential.

• Solid experience in successfully leading Operational Excellence and Optimization projects.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams across various countries.

• You look at the point of view of our partners and truly understand their needs. This makes you a change champion with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

• Proficient English is a requirement; additional languages are advantageous.
