Key responsibilities:
Subject matter expert to lead laboratory organization based on 6S Lean Principles and Kanban system
Lab support for additional activities such as internal and external audits and inspections
Management of instrument portfolio according to established standards and SOPs, organizing periodic maintenance and ensuring qualified state of instruments is maintained
Maintenance and calibration of equipment in non-GMP laboratories in alignment with relevant SOPs and maintaining database of equipment in laboratory organization systems like LIMS
Key requirements:
Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent experience as lab technician or pharmaceutical technologist
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with process improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Lean
Experience with analytical equipment is an asset
Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
