We are looking for a Technical Project Analyst who will work in a cross-functional environment with technical functions, program management, commercial development, financial and supply chain. Key responsibilities:
Prepare amendments and/or scope changes to ongoing projects according to the defined Scope Change and Amendment management process.
Keep in regular contact with the collaborators following the established project management guidelines and the expectations of the Proposal and Sales team.
Responsible for analyzing the project profitability, cost and timeline tracking
Ensure the expected profitability is achieved, invoicing and timely securing of future PO’s and production forecast updates etc.
Reporting of important metrics regarding program execution.
Support updates the process, contract templates and information flows (proposal, MSA, statement of work, amendments, resource planning, overviews for other departments).
Key requirements:
MSc Degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Business and Administration
Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of the cost of failure both the production and the ability to fulfil customer orders.
Knowledge of MS lists and Microsoft tools, Power BI and power automate.
Excellent communication skills to build outstanding relationships within a site and an international network e.g. with customers, and Program Management.
Results orientated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines, strong task orientation and high sense of urgency.
