Key Responsibilities:
•    Drive and ensure completion of OE, Training, Productivity Improvement initiatives within SM DS and manufacturing.  
•    Apply Lonza Project Methodology to organize and deliver agreed improvements according to deadlines and targets
•    Coordination and resource management for according projects
•    Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
•    Lead DS strategic initiative to set up PfQCR (Planning for quality control and reliability)module 2 from tech transfer, process development to manufacturing and delivery, and close connection with other modules. 
•    Safeguard key KPI for the DS, such as reduce development time and reduce major and critical deviations caused by process and analytics. 
•    Lead DS breakthrough project to achieve significant improvement on productivities.
•    Identify and lead innovation and improvement projects for the DS 
•    Support trouble shooting in manufacturing, include coach the team to improve troubleshooting capabilities and systematic thinking.
 
Key Requirements:
•    Education: BS/MS in science/engineering discipline, depending upon experience. Preferred area of study: Masters in Science / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
•    At least 5 years working experiences in pharmaceutical industry. Chemical related industry are preferred
•    Experiences in improvement projects. Ability to run and complete projects. 
•    Ability to represent status and importance of project convincingly to all stakeholders.
•    Advanced skill and experiences for coaching other people to conduct projects.
•    Good command of English, especially oral English.
•    Good communication skills
•    Good data processing skills, such as Macro for Excel
