Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in providing on-site IT support.
Solid understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of the ITIL Framework is a plus.
Dedication to delivering high-quality service and ensuring happiness of those we serve.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
