Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, product packaging and production data management, maintenance of GMP Policies for the business by following processes, procedures and instructions for all activities in which this role participates and is knowledgeable and follows all pertinent safety policies, rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operation of wood handling and chemical process equipment.
- Package finished goods in accordance with all customer and regulatory requirements.
- Perform basic maintenance and lubrication of production equipment.
- Ensure the accuracy of production data management.
- Perform routine in process testing to ensure product quality.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment
- Working on a 12-hour rotating shift
- Working indoors and outdoors
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Validated logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills

- Boiler Operator License is preferred
The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $55,000 and $89,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
