Develops sales of Lonza CHI products for his/her territory; introduces new products to customers; drives internal support to customers; negotiate contracts and ensures payments; meets yearly plan objectives for the territory.

• Responsible for maintaining good EHS compliant working conditions, safe practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to company’s operating procedures, EHS Standards and local law requirements.

• Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, sales function is a must, B2B environment is a plus

• Bachelor degree, a major in Pharmacology/ Medical & Health Care is a plus

• Ability to communicate and build relationships

• Strong negotiation skills

• Resilient/ persistent 

• Willingness to learn, curiosity

• Ability to work independently

• Flexibility to travel

• Ability to represent Capsugel brand

• English CET-4

• Basic computer skills
