We are looking for an intern for supporting the team responsible for the Training Management System Cornerstone at the Lonza Visp site for a duration: 6-9 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the employees’ training profile based on the incoming requests
- Implement the training matrix in the training management system
- Advise employees, managers and trainers on different queries related to the training management system
- Compare and analyze the employee’s training profiles and training reports
- Communicate with the training coordinators and the global training administrators
Key Requirements
- Precise, able to keep a high level of concentration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft MS, especially of Excel
- Fluent in English and very good skills in German
- Team player and very good communicator
- Flexible and deadline oriented
