We are looking for an intern for supporting the team responsible for the Training Management System Cornerstone at the Lonza Visp site for a duration: 6-9 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Update the employees’ training profile based on the incoming requests
• Implement the training matrix in the training management system
• Advise employees, managers and trainers on different queries related to the training management system
• Compare and analyze the employee’s training profiles and training reports
• Communicate with the training coordinators and the global training administrators

Key Requirements

• Precise, able to keep a high level of concentration
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft MS, especially of Excel
• Fluent in English and very good skills in German
• Team player and very good communicator
• Flexible and deadline oriented
