This role is critical in ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations related to quality systems, specifically through our Quality Risk Management (QRM) program. As we continue to grow and innovate, your work ethic will help us maintain our flawless standards and successfully implement effective quality systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and expertise to departments regarding the QRM Program. This includes planning activities, tool selection/application, facilitation, and consultation.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their project/QRM requirements and assist with risk management solutions.
- Assist in the integration of QRM principles into departmental processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Support global initiatives that require QRM expertise and ensure consistent application of QRM practices.
- Provide direct support to management, offering mentorship and training on QRM principles and applications.
Key requirements:
- Proven knowledge of QRM regulations and tools, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Remarkable problem-solving skills and the ability to determine the ideal course of action for risk management solutions.
- A demonstrated track record of working successfully in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering training and support across multiple departments.
- Experience in a life sciences or related field, with a deep understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred or combination of experience and education
- 5-10 years of experience
