About the Role

Join Lonza AG as a Warehouse Associate in Geleen, Netherlands. Contribute to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Perform all warehouse activities with acute attention to detail, including Goods Receipt, Toolboxing, Incoming Donor Receipt, and Shipping Activities.
• Act as a link between the Warehouse and other departments such as Production Support, Quality Control (QC), Purchasing, and Quality Engineering (QE).
• Complete planned warehouse activities while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality standards.
• Work according to established safety standards within the warehouse environment and beyond.
• Read and understand the most up-to-date training profiles to ensure compliance with Lonza AG procedures.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are in line with production planning and meet critical metric targets.
• Complete essential warehouse tasks such as Material Receipt, Material Picking, Material Putaway, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, and general cleaning of warehouse areas.
• Handle donor receipt processes including inspecting, documenting, and accurately storing received goods to maintain accurate tracking and compliance.
• Support shipping activities by preparing, labeling, and verifying outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain external communication with suppliers and, when required, handle logistical coordination with clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency and success of the warehouse operations.

Requirements

To successfully implement your responsibilities and thrive in this role, you will need:

• Preferably experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferabl knowledge of GMP standards and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills to maintain clear and effective internal and external communications.
• Ability to strictly adhere to procedures and meet key performance indicators.
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned.
• High level of motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
