In this role with a global exposure, you will collaborate in a team of IT development specialists and act as IT delivery manager and IT business partner. You will manage the implementation of developments and interfaces. You will help with implementing standardization, while organizing, supervising and performing quality control software programming. You will also assure compliance of customized IT functionalities with global Lonza standards and guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement complex software systems interfaces
Collaborate with clients, software analysts, and other partners to identify system implementation requirements and ensure that the implementation meet those requirements.
Organize the integration of system enhancements with existing IT business applications: Liaise with internal customers, ensure testing and transfer into productive operations.
Manage and execute interface migrations from different systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system integration.
Provide technical guidance and support to developers and other team members.
Coordinate the implementation of new and roll-out of existing IT business applications and developments.
Control know-how transfer of deployed solutions into the 1st and 2nd level support organization.
Ensure and organize availability of resources for 2nd and 3rd level support out of own team.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering or equivalent.
Outstanding skills in ESB, SAP PI/PO (SAP suite), SAP ECC / S/4 HANA, SAP ABAP, and other (cloud) integration technologies with ability to drive excellence and set standards within the team.
Experience in GxP environments.
System configuration and/or customization know-how.
Strong understanding of the business processes and concepts.
IT project methodology know-how.
Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills.
The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $150,300-$175,350. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
