-   Perform all duties to ensure the monthly Demand Planning processes are
completed to support the integrated planning processes.
-   Responsible for the creation, execution and maintenance of the Demand Plan
-   Coordination with sub-regions’ demand outlooks.
-   Develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues and risks with
respect to demand planning.
-   Responsible to report and own plans to improve the accuracy of demand plan
accuracy and outlook.

Key Accountabilities
-    Execute the monthly demand planning cycle including the creation and updating of
demand plans and identification of key demand decisions

-    Ensure input from all relevant stakeholders are incorporated into demand plan

-    Ensure and implement control in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent losses and/or scrap.

-    Prepare demand planning input into monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle.

-    Create and maintain demand related KPIs and use as basis for demand planning improvement initiatives

-    Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and functions to ensure demand plan represents consensus view of future demand plans and actions

-    Ensure demand plan is inputted and maintained in relevant demand systems including SAP IBP and SAP ECC.

-    Building a 24 months rolling forecast for Unconstrained Demand Plan.
-    Maintain related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems.

-    Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications  
-    Hold a bachelor's degree.
-    3-5 years or more working experience related to Supply Chain.
-    Ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support demand planning and site
manufacturing strategy recommendations
-    Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
-    Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause
Analysis
-    Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-    Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
-   SAP master data experience preferred
