Key Accountabilities

主要负责关联方销售订单处理及相关业务出口操作;
Manage the export processes and daily operation to ensure compliance, on time delivery and productivity
负责与客户洽谈,接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关等事宜;
Responsible for negotiating with customers, receiving orders and arranging cabin booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration and other matters.
制作海空运报关单证及其它相关文件,并申请相关产地证如适用
Establish customs’ file for Vessel & Air shipment, plus other related documents or certification  
负责跟踪应收应付费用,通知财务开发票事宜
Be responsible for AR collection and on time delivery of invoice to counterpart
与客户、销售和公司内部保持良好的沟通与交流,提高客户的满意度
Communicate with sales team, supply chain and other functions internally in order to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
单证及文件的整理及归档等;
Keep and classify all related customs file under trade compliance requirements
客户投诉、特殊要求的处理
Timely handle customer requirements, drives complaint handling with QA
持续不断地优化出口业务流程
Continuously improve and optimize export process.
接待客户的来访和审计
Arrange customer visit and audit
监控库存状态
Monitor stock level

Qualifications 

本科学历

Hold a bachelor's degree

客服相关工作/行业3-5年或以上工作经验. (B2B)

3-5 years or more working experience related to customer service.(Prefer B2B)

熟练掌握英语,可以做工作语言

Good command of English, especially oral English.
