Key responsibilities:
Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including creating and updating supply plans and identifying key supply decisions.
Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to incorporate their input into the supply plan.
Implement strict controls in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent losses and/or scrap.
Conduct regular security checks to ensure inventory completeness.
Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle.
Build and maintain critical metrics related to supply and use them as a foundation for improving supply planning.
Collaborate with all relevant team members and departments to ensure the supply plan reflects a collective perspective on future supply plans and actions.
Ensure the supply plan is inputted and maintained in relevant supply systems, including SAP IBP and SAP ECC.
Use supply plans to drive related material, labor, and asset capacity plans.
Maintain all supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems.
Effectively manage the team, including coaching and mentoring.
Key requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management is required.
Master of Science Degree in Business Management is preferred.
Certification in Production and Inventory Management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
Proven prior people management experience.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, working in an S&OP environment.
Solid comprehension of standard methodologies in Supply Planning.
