Join the QC Microbiology team at Lonza as an Analyst 1, supporting detailed drug production. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of an exceptional team that is outstandingly dedicated to making an important difference in the lives of millions! For training purposes, start of hire schedule will be Mon-Fri from date of onboarding to approximately the end of December 2025. From then on the posted 4/10 schedule will be implemented. Additional temporary adjustments in schedules may be required to meet business needs in early 2026.
Job Description:
Efficiently implement job skills and company policies to complete a variety of tasks.
Run test samples for In-Process, Lot Release, and Stability studies.
Support Utility and HVAC supervising and sampling throughout the facility.
Apply Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Operate Laboratory computer systems.
Work on semi-routine assignments requiring the ability to recognize deviations from accepted practices.
Solve problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data to review identifiable factors.
Apply Data Integrity principles in all aspects of work, rigorously adhering to Lonza Data Integrity policies, guidelines, and procedures.
