For our production team in BioAtrium, we are looking for a Trainer:

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement training strategy and roadmap for the site in alignment with BioAtrium QA GMP Training Manager, local (site Visp) and global strategy and roadmap

  • Responsible as lead trainer to train, qualify and support other BioAtrium Subject Matter Expert trainers

  • Responsible for effective and efficient technical and GMP training programs of BioAtrium employees from operator level up to scientist and management level, supported by the local (BioAtrium and Visp) training infrastructure

  • Liaise with BioAtrium operations team to ensure training & safety programs align with quality and business goals and support functional objectives

  • Support developing training curricula as well as related material and documentation to ensure compliant training at all levels

  • Provide technical and GMP training in online, classroom and shop floor settings, including assessment of trainees’ competencies and qualifications.

What we’re looking for:

  • Completed apprenticeship in relevant field and or university degree.

  • GMP Knowledge (ideally in an GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry) is preferred

  • Some experience in training.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Cornerstone on Demand.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in German and English.
