Role Purpose

In our Licensing Business Unit, we are committed to fostering innovative solutions and delivering exceptional service to our clients worldwide. To support the business we are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Assistant to join our Global Marketing team, based in the United Kingdom, though supporting our global team.

The Product Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Licensing Business Strategic Marketing team. The team is responsible for evolving and managing the commercialization of out-licensed technology product offerings based on novel IP as well as providing early development services for therapeutic developers.

The successful candidate will work closely the functions of the business unit, especially BD and SMEs, Global Marketing Organization and other relevant platforms. They will assist with tasks like crafting marketing content, analyzing competition, tracking project/tactics, and consolidating data from important metrics and different marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for Licensing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to gather and analyze data for campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and refine presentation decks and documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Support analysis of competitive landscape and positioning to inform marketing strategies
  • Support administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, including monitoring of timelines and deliverables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in bioscience-related field and currently pursuing or have recently completed a secondary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate project needs and take initiative.
