What you’ll do:
Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment in the clean room and sterile environment (experience with aseptic filling lines is preferable)
Performing functional tests to validate the effectiveness of repair work. Maintaining records of maintenance services and repairs
Complete manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution
Eliminating faults in the systems
Open and track malfunction reports
Continuous improvements
Cooperate, advice and support Plant Engineering department
Coordination of work processes in consultation with the team leaders
Advanced handling of SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, Office 365
What we’re looking for:
You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession (production mechanic, car mechanic, etc.)
Several years of experience as a mechanic is an advantage
Excellent interpretation of P&ID diagrams or drawings
Very good knowledge of German is essential, English is an advantage
Independent and detailed way of working
You are customer focused and open to new ideas
Communication skills, initiative and resilience round off your profile
Willing to work in 2-Shifts pattern
