Assistant Communication and Administration Manager

As Communication and Administration Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for : 

Comprehensive Management of corporate communication affairs, site level event organization, visit and audit coordination and GM Daily affairs, etc. 

Key Responsibility
Communication affairs:
Serve as communication bridge among global, site and site employees to make communications become transparent, prompt and effective. 
Site communication is responsible for organizing site level event such as Annual Party, Family Day, Site level ceremony, townhall events. 
Site communication also responsible for successful story and milestone celebration, supporting global communication on article translation, proof-reading, publication of notices,site public area visualization board development. 
In additional, site communication also supporting global to update site-base slide decks for customer centricity communications. 
Visit and audit coordination: 
Comprehensive management of site level reception, formulate systematic reception procedures and standards, aim in enhance the sense of customer experiences, and establish a good brand image for Lonza Nansha in terms of customer services. 
Meanwhile, responsible for collaborating with visitors and site colleagues to update the visit agenda, arranging transportation and hotel rooms, meeting rooms, meal, dinner, off-site activities, etc. 
GM Daily Affairs: 
You will be responsible for site GM daily affairs, including GM itinerary, meeting arrangement and paperwork and other tasks as assigned. 

Key Requirement

Degree:     Bachelor
Major:     English or Related
English level:    TEAM 8 or same level 
Experience:3 Year or above

Capable of working under pressure and meet deadlines as scheduled with quality in work. 
Willing to take on new challenges. Determine, Responsible and Confident. Understanding and Caring.

Good oral and written in English and Chinese with good communication skill.
Experienced in documentation archive control. 
Good appearance and strong affinity
Good team player with excellent organization and motivation skills.
Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office tools namely Microsoft Word, Excel, Viso, and PowerPoint.
