Graduate programs

In selected countries we run formal programs, primarily for graduates in life sciences, technology, procurement and finance. We also offer many entry-level graduate positions that are not associated with a formal graduate program. For us, it’s about getting the best mix of insights and perspectives.
Internships
Internships can be invaluable when you’re not certain about the field you want to focus on. We offer a wide range of opportunities across different teams and locations ranging from 3 to 12 months in length. They’re a fantastic way to experience the breadth of our business, improve your level of understanding and enhance your employment prospects.
Apprenticeships
We strongly believe in learning on-the-job, and encouraging responsibility from day one. An apprenticeship with Lonza offers all that and more. We offer a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities in different global locations. Many of our business leaders began their careers as apprentices and have subsequently built successful careers in research, manufacturing and other fields.
