What you'll do:

  • Complete manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and making recommendations for resolution.

  • Provide front-line technical and procedural support, collaborating with the manufacturing team to strictly adhere to quality and compliance standards.

  • Ensure each batch is manufactured safely, on time, and in compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements.

  • Establish timely and high-quality production documentation (including preparation, execution, and review of batch records) and other relevant GMP documents for the assigned production area.

  • Support process-related investigations and assist in decision-making on production issues to successfully implement solutions.

  • Support process changes and CAPAs related to processes within required timelines.

  • Perform training activities as an operator in relevant areas and provide support to new joiners to ensure a seamless integration into the team.

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in a GMP environment on the shop floor (preferably in sterile manufacturing of Drug Product).

  • Proficient in either English or German (preferably both).

  • Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOP execution.

  • Strong team orientation with outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with various interfaces within the organization.

  • A structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.

  • High motivation and dynamic drive to compete and excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • IT knowledge, including familiarity with SAP and MES or equivalent experience, is a benefit.

  • Preparedness to work flexible working hours.
