As a Project Management Support Specialist, Quality Control (QC) at Lonza AG, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. This role is crucial for ensuring the flawless provision and management of data, bridging communication between QC project leads, QA, and customers. What you'll do:
Data Provision and Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to customers and internal collaborators.
Data Request Management: Coordinate data requests and manage timelines and priorities for data provision.
Document Building and Review: Build, update, and review QC plans, sampling instructions, and other GMP-related documents in both German and English.
Maintain and improve project trackers for QC-related projects: Support timely execution of QC activities for data and project central services.
Process Improvement and Automatization: Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data provision, project central services tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with operational excellence teams, lab, and project leaders to define integrative solutions.
What we're looking for:
A completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician, BSc or equivalent experience in Life Science
Proficiency with common software applications (e.g. MS Office) and strong communication skills are required. Knowledge of specific pharmaceutical or laboratory software (e.g. LIMS, TrackWise) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills are essential.
Experience in a GMP environment and pharmaceutical Quality Control is highly advantageous.
A proactive great teammate with a collaborative approach and the ability to take initiative.
Fluent communication skills in English are essential. Good communication skills in German are advantageous
