As a QC Analyst 3 in Environmental Monitoring, you have the outstanding opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring the highest standards of quality control! This role is essential in maintaining our strict GMP compliance and supporting our ambitious growth. You will join a team of dedicated professionals in New Hampshire, USA, where collaboration and inclusion are at the heart of our daily operations!
Key responsibilities:
- Perform routine EM sampling activities in the GMP facilities including air, surface, water and personnel monitoring.
- Apply different sampling techniques such as swabs, contact plates, air samplers, etc.
- Prepare and conduct EM testing following site GMP procedures and guidelines.
- Perform and coordinate microbiological assays such as growth promotions, organism identification, total organic content, and bioburdens.
- Ensure adherence to corporate, cGMP, and regulatory mentorship in all departmental activities.
- Review data collection and assay documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate EM or microbiology-related laboratory investigations and assay qualifications.
- Prepare and establish standard operating procedures, as well as write and coordinate excursion reports and environmental investigations.
- Write and review trend reports to ensure flawless operations.
- Perform general lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, inventory management, lab supplies ordering, and autoclaving.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in environmental monitoring and microbiological assays.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to strictly follow GMP procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong collaborative skills to successfully implement laboratory investigations and qualifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and determine priorities effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
