MSAT department is the process owner of cell culture or purification of mammalian manufacturing process. MSAT process engineers/experts apply process development, engineering principles and concepts to the new manufacturing processes, and perform process monitoring and support to existing manufacturing processes. The team is also actively working on streamlining the processes and improving process robustness.
Key Task
Assist MSAT process engineers/experts in supporting upstream and downstream manufacturing operations as follows:
Build up understanding of cell culture/ purification process via daily process monitoring, in process control trending and data analysis
Support process issues/deviations investigation
Manage the system and logistics for MSAT samples (for process comparability, stability studies and investigation)
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in relevant science discipline (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology) is preferred
Prior experience in a Pharma/Biotech/Chemical industry is preferred but not required
Prior hands-on technical experience (in a laboratory or manufacturing environment) is desirable
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide attention to detail
Demonstrate critical thinking skill and systematic
Strong interpersonal skills and positive team player
Proactive and willing to learn
