This role will be under the direction of the local Head of Program Management, with primary responsibility to prepare Scope Changes (also called SoW) based on the information provided by Program Managers (PM) / Project Team Members (PTM), using the SOW Request APP. We are looking for someone who can proactively be in contact with the project team members and the proposals team in agreement with the defined project management rules to optimize successfully deliver the Scope Changes to the Customer on time. Leadership, efficient collaboration and clear communication with key stakeholders are the key focus area of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares Scope Change based on the information provided by PM/PTM in the
SOW Request APP. - Compiles Scope Change leveraging from Master Data in CPQ or as applicable.
- Fine tunes SoW together with PTM - is an expert in using the Master Data (e.g. CPQ or as applicable).
- Based on the gained knowledge, might apply additional expertise, e.g. historical information of scope changes provided in the past to the customer, efficient phrasing of assumptions, or as applicable.
- Closely works with Proposal team to ensure a standard approach.
- Drives internal approval, of Scope Changes via CPQ (or as applicable).
- Drives external approval of Scope Changes through DocuSign.
- Reports KPI overview about Scope Changes.
- Co - owns the SoW Request APP including the reports and the lists and fosters process simplification and improvement in sync with line manager and the Bio Division.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Life Science or other with strong interest in Biotechnology and systematic approaches.
- Technical experience within the pharmacological area, e.g. in Quality Control, Analytical Development, MSAT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Manufacturing or other.
- Must be Business fluent in English, German is nice to have.
- Basic understanding of main steps of drug substance / drug product development, clinical supply and logistics within the pharmacological development or manufacturing area preferable.
- Solid knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365 applications and ability to learn new software packages.
- Excellent soft skills to build good relationships within a site and an internal network e.g. with Program Management, Proposals Manager and Project Team Members.
- Good communication skills to be applied on different levels.
- Results orientated and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Gains quick overview of complex processes and drive for simplification to push for efficiency.
- Strong task orientation and high sense of urgency.
