Key responsibilities:
Team responsibility and technical management
Shared team covering dedicated manufacturing units
Responsible for all equipment cleaning procedures including documentation, MES recipe oversight and release, ensuring compliance with the Bioconjugates cleaning SOPs.
Main point of contact for MSAT Cleaning, QA Cleaning Validation and cleaning related questions during audits
Deviation- and change management
Lead Facility Cleaning and Hygiene: EAR, Gowning, touchpoint with hygiene team, PQ reports, EM documentation (FMEA, layouts), PoC to define sampling strategy within modules for rooms
Key requirements:
Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related Life Science subject, or those with equivalent experience in pharma production with a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
Significant work experience in Downstream Processing or BioConjugates Manufacturing in the biotech/biopharma industry under GMP environment
Excellent communication skills in English, good German skills of advantage
Organized and methodical approach to work with a problem-solving attitude
Strong team orientation, open-minded for new insights and suggestions
