The SCM department is the core supporting team that managing of the flow of raw materials, data and finances related to programs.
Key Tasks
Assist Operational Buyer in supporting daily routine as follow:
- Reviewing order status from ERP systems (SAP) and ensure that all purchasing data have prompt, accurate information
- Reviewing supplier change notification (SCN) and making preliminary assessments
- Performing data entry activities
- Presenting status update and insights to the supply chain team and other stakeholder
- Working with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and procedures through data analysis
- Filing of GMP documents
- Support any ad hoc task and analysis required
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in relevant discipline (Procurement / Logistics / Inventory Management) is preferred
- Competent using MS office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive and willing to learn
Learning Outcomes
- Basic understanding of cGMPs working environment
- Basic understanding of Compliance
- Hands-on experience on SAP
- Exposure to supplier change notification and associated supply assessments
- Exposure to various data management system and software such as Power BI, DMS
