Key responsibilities:
Complete material staging activities in strict accordance with the schedule.
Successfully execute material disinfection protocols as per the schedule.
Maintain a flawless cleanroom environment through scheduled room cleaning activities.
Restock materials meticulously to support high-rate continuous manufacturing operations.
Regularly check support areas to determine if sufficient material stocks are available for the next shift.
Operate automated decontamination machines, including autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) chambers, with proven expertise.
Adhere strictly to GMP compliance in all manufacturing support activities.
Ensure materials are within their expiry date and available for process-related activities.
Store materials to ensure items expiring first are used first (FIFO), ensuring outstanding inventory management.
Dispose of waste daily in assigned work areas to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Keep work areas orderly, clean, tidy, and safe to foster a positive, GMP compliant and efficient workspace.
Complete all relevant training before performing tasks to ensure compliance and safety.
Promptly notify supervisors of any observed deviations to maintain high standards of operations.
Key requirements:
Technical degree or equivalent experience, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Background in Logistics or Science.
Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written.
Open to entry-level candidates with 0 years of experience.
Affinity for working in a GMP environment.
Ability to work in cleanroom garments for multiple hours.
Ability to adapt to non-routine/unplanned job requirements
