The empty capsule products have filed excipient DMFs (drug master files) at the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Canada (HC) and China Centre of Drug Evaluation (CDE). We can also provide products certified by Halal, Kosher and Vegetarian to meet the needs of a diverse range of consumers. SCL adopts the most advanced Capsugel® capsule manufacturing technology, following the global unified quality system and stringent raw material and product control standards, through fully automated operation, strict indoor cleaning procedures and quality monitoring, environmental temperature& humidity and air flow control, etc. Gelatin and HPMC raw materials come from qualified suppliers ensuring the high quality and safety of raw materials. Empty capsules are manufactured under carefully controlled Good Manufacturing Practices, in accordance with the IPEC's Good Manufacturing Practices Guide for Bulk Pharmaceutical Excipients and local excipient GMP requirements. The plant is certified according to the Quality Management System ISO 9001 and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001.
